Training & Coaching
Trainings and workshops are aimed at groups. Coaching on the other hand means "one to one" training as well as reflecting present behaviour and thought patterns in a systemic way, and searching for alternatives and developing solutions.
In the beginning, the status quo is determined with the management and the involved team, and goals and criteria for measuring success are agreed. We pay special attention to transfer activities and processes which ensure the effect of your investments. These measures are aimed in most cases to co-workers and people in high and responsible positions.
